Bypass/Unlock Codes

If your vehicle requires mechanical work during your interlock period you have options:
- You can teach the mechanic how to use the device.
- You can hang around and provide a sample for the mechanic when needed.
- The mechanic can contact your interlock provider’s “1800” number for a bypass.
Be sure to obtain a work order from your mechanic to verify dates and times the interlock may have been affected.
If you have gone past your lockout grace period and are locked out:
In the state of Arkansas you are allowed two unlock codes which will provide you with a few hours to start your vehicle.
You can then bring it to a service center and fully unlock the unit.
Note that some interlock providers charge a fee for unlocking the unit.
